Fibre Optic Cabling

Structured Cabling

Equipment Cabinet/Enclosure
We engineer field and indoor equipment enclosures featuring integrated power, power distribution, grounding, structured cable entry, and hazardous-area compliance (Class I, Div 2) as required. Optimized with automated heating, cooling, and real-time monitoring, our solutions safeguard sensitive electronics in any environment. Every project includes comprehensive engineering deliverables, such as cabinet layouts , wiring diagrams, and a Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure seamless installation and lifecycle support.
Trunked/2-way Radios
We design site-wide voice radio coverage to keep operations, maintenance, and emergency teams seamlessly connected across your facility. Our engineering covers the entire RF ecosystem - from intelligent talkgroup structures, channel planning, RF licensing, to optimal repeater and antenna siting. Using advanced RF coverage prediction modeling, we eliminate dead zones across complex industrial landscapes, indoor control structures, and remote plant boundaries.
PTMP & SCADA Radios
We design point-to-multipoint (PTMP) and licensed narrowband radio networks to collect continuous telemetry from remote assets, including wellheads, water wells, field instruments, and pipeline nodes. By linking distributed RTUs and PLCs to central SCADA systems, we ensure deterministic real-time monitoring and control across expansive industrial footprints. Our engineering covers RF path analysis, terrain profiling, and spectrum planning to secure interference-free licensed channels. Long-haul Radio/Optical System
Optical Long-Haul Communications: We design long-distance single-mode fiber routes connecting remote sites to your core network. Maximizing single-span reach avoids costly mid-span amplifiers, cutting field power needs and failure points. Redundant ring or mesh topologies deliver ultra-reliable, high-capacity, low-latency transport across vast facilities.
Long-Haul Microwave Radios: For wireless backhaul, we engineer high-reliability licensed microwave links across challenging terrain. Path profile analysis — earth curvature, atmospheric K-factor, Fresnel clearance — ensures clear line-of-sight. Space/frequency diversity and redundant hot-standby systems overcome fade for high-availability backhaul.
WiFi & LTE/5G Network
Industrial wireless coverage and private cellular design for mobility, asset tracking and high-bandwidth field applications, including RF surveys, channel planning, and capacity optimization to support dense device counts and peak traffic loads. Designs incorporate access-point and small-cell redundancy, controller/core failover, and geo-redundant architectures across sites, keeping connectivity available through equipment failures or site-level outages.
02 Security & safety systems
We engineer access control, surveillance, public address and fire life-safety systems — standalone or as one coordinated package. Designs account for hazardous-area classifications, harsh environmental and vibration conditions, and interfaces to radio, ICSS and Fire & Gas systems, so detection, alarm, notification and access functions interlock and the operations team gets a single, reliable picture of the facility.
Facility Access Control
We engineer facility-wide Access Control Systems (ACS) securing gates, doors, and turnstiles with advanced card, mobile, and biometric credentials. Built on scalable controller architectures with head-end management servers, our designs feature anti-passback rules and native integration with your Corporate Security/HR and visitor platforms for seamless user lifecycle management.
We deliver complete engineering packages, including system architectures, device location layouts, point-to-point wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure precise deployment and long-term maintainability.
Security Surveillance
Camera coverage design for perimeters, gates and critical assets: field-of-view studies, lighting, storage and retention sizing, and viewing-workstation layout.
Process Monitoring CCTV
We design process CCTV coverage giving operators direct sightlines on flares, loading racks, tank farms, and other critical process points. Cameras and enclosures are specified to hazardous-location classifications (Class I/II, Div 1/2) where required, with ratings for temperature extremes, vibration, and washdown. Designs address low-light and thermal imaging for flare and tank monitoring, video management system integration with the control room, and network/storage architecture sized for continuous recording and retention.
Public Address & General Alarm
We design PA/GA systems for intelligible voice messaging and tone alarms across noisy, hazardous plant areas, with speaker and enclosure ratings for hazardous-location classifications and site vibration conditions. Coverage includes outdoor loudspeaker arrays for process and yard areas, with zoning and amplifier redundancy for reliable, uniform coverage. Designs interface with radio systems, ICSS, Fire & Gas, and site entertainment/paging systems for coordinated, plant-wide notification.
Fire Alarm & Fire Suppression
Detection, notification and suppression design to the governing codes — device layout, cause-and-effect matrices, and interlocks with HVAC, PA/GA and shutdown systems.
Building Monitoring System
Consolidated monitoring of building conditions and equipment status — power, temperature, doors, leaks — brought back to a single operations view with alarming.

03 Telecom & Operational facilities
From data centers to command centers, telecom rooms, towers and remote buildings, we engineer the facilities that house and protect mission-critical systems. Data Center
We design high-availability, scalable data centers optimized for power density, thermal performance, and uptime. Our designs deliver precision whitespace layouts, hot/cold aisle containment, scalable power/UPS architectures (N+1 to 2N), liquid cooling readiness, and structured cabling built for rapid expansion.
Emergency Operation Center
Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs) are the incident command hub during severe disruptions, so they're built to stay operational when everything around them isn't: UPS backup, redundant utility feeds where available, and environmental survivability. We design around how response teams actually work under pressure — custom console sightlines, integrated AV video walls, and multi-agency communication bridges that keep decision-making fast and coordinated.
Network Operation Centre
Network Operations Centers (NOCs) run 24/7, so uptime and fast fault isolation drive the design: UPS backup, redundant network connections, and environmental resilience keep the room running through equipment failures. Console layouts, video wall displays, and real-time monitoring bridges are laid out around how engineering teams actually collaborate to spot, isolate, and resolve issues.
Remote Operation Centre
Remote Operations Centers (ROCs) put real-time control of plants and assets in one place, often far from the sites they manage — so the design leans on UPS backup, redundant low-latency network connections, and secure architectures to keep control reliable at distance. Console sightlines, video walls, and control bridges are laid out for how operators safely monitor and manage remote facilities.
Main Telecom Room
We design high-reliability Main Telecom Rooms (MTRs) engineered as the secure, high-density nerve centers of your Plant. Our designs combine organized distribution frames, precision cable tray routing, dedicated thermal management, and uninterruptible power backing - creating clean, scalable environments that protect critical network assets and connectivity and simplify future expansion.
Telecom Building
We design reliable, remote Telecom Buildings engineered to protect mission critical radio and network systems. Built for uncrewed operational continuity in harsh environments, our designs integrate N+1 backup power, redundant cooling, physical security, and high-density rack layouts - preventing communications loss that causes costly process downtime.
Telecom Tower
We design Telecom Towers engineered to maintain structural integrity under extreme site conditions, fully compliant with TIA-222/ CSA S37, and local building codes. Our designs incorporate rigorous site-specific wind and ice loading calculations, FAA/Transport Canada aviation obstruction lighting, and optimized antenna mounting topologies - delivering reliable elevated structures built to support mission-critical communications.
04 Electrical systems
Power systems designed for nameplate rather than real duty cycles cause trips, derating and rework. We design low- and medium-voltage systems, AC/DC plants and solar generation around the loads that actually run, with protection coordination, studies and compliance documentation in the deliverable.
Low-voltage Power System
Distribution below 1 kV — load lists, panel schedules, cable sizing, protection coordination and arc-flash study — for buildings, control rooms and small process loads.
Medium-voltage Power System
Distribution from roughly 1 kV to 35 kV: switchgear, feeders, protection and coordination studies, and connection to utility or on-site generation.
AC/DC Power Plants
Rectifier, battery and inverter plant for telecom and control loads — sizing for holdover, redundancy, distribution, and alarm and monitoring.
Solar Power System
Photovoltaic generation for remote or supplementary loads: array sizing, battery autonomy, charge control, and integration with existing power.
05 Owner's representation
EPC and vendor packages are written to protect the party issuing them. Acting as owner's engineer, we develop project requirements and design criteria, review designs from FEED through IFC, prepare and evaluate RFP and bid packages, run independent technical reviews and site audits, and hold vendors and contractors to what was actually scoped through commissioning and turnover.
Owner's Engineer Representation
We sit on the owner's side of the table through design and construction, protecting the owner's technical interests when decisions and trade-offs are made — developing project requirements, specifications and design criteria, including the Owner's Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD), and reviewing vendor and contractor designs against them.
RFP and Bid Package Support
Drafting technical specifications for RFPs, evaluating EPC and engineering consultant bids, and preparing evaluation criteria so submissions are comparable through to a documented recommendation.
Design & Specification Review/Revise
Reviewing design submissions at FEED, 30%, 60%, 90% and IFC for constructability, maintainability and value-engineering opportunities, and confirming compliance with corporate engineering standards, building codes and safety regulations, with findings tracked to closure.
Independent Technical Review
A fresh set of qualified eyes on a design, study or claim — field audits and site inspections against IFC drawings, oversight of FAT/SAT on critical systems, and enforcement of QA/QC programs and inspection test plans — delivered as a written assessment with clear conclusions and recommended actions.
Manage Vendors/Contractors
Holding suppliers and contractors to the agreed scope, schedule and quality: submittals, progress, RFIs, design change notices and field change orders, non-conformances and interface management, through to commissioning oversight, punch-list resolution, mechanical completion sign-off, and turnover of TOPs, redlines, as-builts, O&M manuals and warranties.
06 Regulatory compliance support
Regulatory findings that surface late in project stall construction and commissioning. We help owners build the compliance path early to ensure permits/approvals are in place before they are required including permit and submittal preparation and tracking, quality management system development, and process audits with written findings the owners can act on.
Regulatory compliance support (including PPMP)
Mapping the applicable regulatory requirements to the project and/or organization and building the compliance path from the outset, including the Professional Practice Management Plan (PPMP) obligations required by engineering regulators such as APEGA or EGBC — documented quality management, direct supervision, and authentication practices for engineering work performed under a permit to practice.
Permit and Regulatory Submittal Support
Preparing and coordinating the technical content of permit applications and regulator submittals — development permits, electrical and telecom permits, and jurisdictional filings — and tracking them through review comments to approval, so construction isn't held up by an incomplete or inconsistent package.
Quality Management System Development
Building or tailoring the QMS — procedures, inspection and test plans, records and audit schedule — to the size and risk of the work, structured to satisfy both organizational quality objectives and the documented-process expectations of an APEGA/EGBC PPMP.
Process Audit & Report
Auditing engineering and delivery processes against the applicable standard or PPMP commitments, with written findings, risk ratings and corrective-action recommendations that close the loop rather than just flag the gap.

01 Project management
Runs across the whole engagement rather than ending at a milestone. A single point of accountability owns scope, schedule, budget, the risk register and progress reporting from kickoff to closeout — so decisions are tracked, changes are controlled, and the client always knows where the project stands.
02 Feasibility study
Before capital is committed, we validate project feasibility against the constraints that matter most: site conditions, power availability, schedule, budget, and regulatory requirements. We deliver a decisive go/no-go recommendation—supported by transparent assumptions, key risk profiles, and a clear order-of-magnitude cost estimate.
03 Concept selection
We develop viable concepts, evaluate them against defined criteria—cost, constructability, operability, and risk—and document exactly why the winning option prevailed. Each option includes a Class 5 (±30% to 50%) cost estimate, giving project sponsors a fully defensible baseline before committing capital to FEED and detailed engineering.
04 Front-end engineering design (FEED)
FEED firms up the selected concept so scope, cost, and schedule are fully locked in: key layouts, system architectures, single-line diagrams, equipment lists, interface definitions, and a Class 3 (±15%) cost estimate. A solid FEED prevents detailed engineering from turning into costly rework and ensures seamless execution.
05 Detailed engineering
Production of complete Issued-for-Construction (IFC) packages tailored for project specific needs. We handle the full deliverable set—detailed layout drawings, single-line diagrams, design calculations, wiring diagrams, cable and termination schedules, datasheets, material take-offs, and construction work packages—fully coordinated across civil, structural, electrical, and telecommunication disciplines. Every package undergoes strict QA/QC checking before release to eliminate site rework, safeguard field crews, and keep your turnaround or build on schedule.
06 Construction management & support
During construction, we provide active engineering support—responding rapidly to RFIs, reviewing vendor and shop drawings, dispositioning field changes, and conducting site visits. By keeping questions anchored to the original design intent, we eliminate guesswork and keep construction moving without delay.
07 Redlining and as-building
Field changes are captured on marked-up drawings as they happen and rolled into a controlled as-built set, so the record handed to operations reflects what was actually installed.
08 Turnover and project closeout
Final documentation, test records, O&M manuals, spare-parts lists and punch-list completion are assembled and formally handed over, with lessons learned recorded and the project closed.
